i need help

Hi my brother is having some health problems all of a sudden. A few days ago he woke up with an ulcer and his eye swollen shut. By the end of the day his right arm and hand began going numb and now both arms and hands are numb. He also has a severe headache, a fever, and virus symptoms like nausea and diarhea. He went to the hospital and they took blood and did a catscan. They said that everything came back fine and just put him on some antibiodics. He is still having the same symptoms and they are getting worse. Does anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this?

I totally agree with boron, this sounds quite serious.

Terin, he should go back to the hospital immediately to have further tests. It is ok that you have asked here but now don't lose time here any more. If his arms are numb it may be a neurological cause and swollen eyes and headache just speek for something possibly serious. Speak with parents - he should go to the hospital right away.
