intestional problem

Four years ago I ruptured my intestines and surely don't want this to happen again. Following the rupture I have a reconnection and loads of incissional repairs with the last one using mesh.
For the past  2-3 weeks I have been nauseated and have had diarrhea and it will not go away. I worry because most of my stomach has no feelings due to the nerves being cut so much and don't know if I am experiencing more pain than I feel. I do feel a dull ache not throbbing but when I touch in the right part under my breast bone . When I touch it , it feels sore. Everytime I eat I think the bowel problem will be normal again but when I go, it is either water or small light golden colored feces in pieces.

You had part of your intestines removed when they did the reconnect.  Therefore you will have loose bowels.  You didn't say if it was the small or large intestine that was removed.
I had about 3 feet of my small intestine and a small part of the large intestine removed and I often have loose bowels.  Sometimes better than others.  I am sure what I eat plays a big part.  My GI dr. said it is because of my short intestine.
