left sided pain, nausea, bloatedness, stabbing, breathlessness. What is wrong with me?

Hi there. I am a 22yo female in good general fitness (apart from this problem), with a BMI~22 and don't experience any period pain or have a history of abdominal pain. I have never had surgery.

Over the past 8 weeks, I have been experiencing the following symptoms.
started with
- severe nausea and diarrhea for 2 days.
- after a week I started to get severe stabbing pains under the bottom left rib, close to the centre of my chest.
- I felt more nauseous in the morning (but i am not pregnant)
--> I had antibiotics
--> I went on nexum for a week
--> I  had a blood test- low iron but otherwise no issues
--> I had an endoscopy but all showed ok
--> I had an abdominal ultrasound but all ok
--> I went on antibiotics again- no change.
- a week later i had severe pains on the inside of my left hip, like someone was pressing down really really hard. Only happened for about a second at a time, but i almost crashed my car they were so bad.
--> I had an ovarian ultrasound- all showed ok
- since I have been on rare occasion (one every few days or so) had this stabbing pain, but not as severe, and usually only when I need to do a #2.
- i have continued to have a general feeling of nausea and extreme bloatedness during this entire episode.
- i have also had bouts of constipation and then diarrhea and oscillating between the two.
- in the past week, when i get upper left pains under the rib I have had some trouble exhaling, just needing to force it out more.
- all pain over the entire 8 weeks has only been on the left hand side.

If anyone can shed some light on the matter I would really really appreciate it.
I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist, but not for another 6 weeks coz they're so busy.

Thanks a lot!! xx

Could be ulcerative colitis , IBS.or IBD.   The gastro should order a colonoscopy to look at the large colon. Endoscopy only looks at the upper digestive system. Hope you get a proper diagnosis, and treatment, soon.

im very nauseated in the morning and i have the severe stabbing pains in the center of my stomach , my back up my left shoulder blade, sometimes it's a constant dull ache  other times it takes my breathe away. I've also had fever and chills and extremely tired.  I've been in and out of hospitals for over 3 years with this, i also have acute pancreatitis attacks sometimes.  I've been told it's very possible that i have sphincter of oddi dysfunction. Some of our symptoms are similar, try looking that up you maybe suffering from the same thing that i am.

Best wishes.
