IS IT GASTRIC OR HEART OR BP - PLEASE HELP

5'8" & 79 kg. had gastric. spasm, congestion & pain in right chest, back, palpitation/precipitation/throbbing in temples& other parts of hands and legs. doctors gave Benedryl syrup and one Zivit tablet; digene syrup, Seczole DS cap; Omeprazole capsules + alprazolom capsules; on various occassions from 14 october to 23 november. BP - 130/90; 140/90.

underwent Hb, S.Cholesterol and Blood Sugar tests. results: 14, 96 mg%, 162 mg% respectively and docs told quite normal.

still feeling right chest congestion, spasm, back pain (cannot sit more than 20 minutes), throbbing/palpitation in temples. specialist said to stop smoking and walk for an hour.

what my prob. really is? High BP? Gastric? or HEART RELATED?

Please help me.

I have had complaints of heart palpitating, chest pains and breathlessness; checked with several different cardiologists, all telling that the heart is in perfect condition;
The problem turned out to be related to the Diaphragmatic Hernia I have;
