loose stool

Yesterday I had diarrhea was in there 25 times and I notice black seeds but didn't eat anything with seeds in it first I saw a few each time I went and then last time I saw over a 100 at bottom of toilet. Also it was yellow and stringly and it was floating and the pain was horrible thought I was going to die what could it be? Thanks

It could have to do with your liver, but I'm not sure.  I think you need new stool tests. It looks like they might be looking for some auto-immune conditions.

Just had these done yesterday Anti-Smooth muscle antibody,ANA antinuclear antibody,TSH and Mitochondrial antibodies M2 what are they exactly looking for in this blood work I had done? Will be having a liver biopsy but didn't get anything in mail yet about it

Last time I gave stool sample was when I had old gast doc. I called the new gast doc office n talked to the nurse but she kept assisting I had something with seeds in it n I haven't ate anything with seeds in it..Seems like she wasn't concerned all I know is I still have horrible pain n everytime I have the diarrhea I see them in there n stringly yellow things floating..its weird cause the who time I been living in bathroom since Oct 2011 I never seen them n then all of a sudden could it have something to do with my liver? Maybe getting worse?

Have you had any stool tests looking for blood in your stool?

I have enlarged spleen,liver doc said it went down alittle,very tired,sleep a lot lost 51 pounds,pain on both sides n now pain in my stomach for the last 3 days
