need advice

I have enlarge spleen and liverand been in lots of pain laying on right and left side and bending  n I been passing out for 6 hrs everyday and today had it with all of this since Oct 2011 well I was hitting my spleen with a hammer now it hurts so bad wonder if I made it worse maybe rupture it or something I any help would be appreciated..

I was hoping it would rupture so these doctors do something cuz I am tired of this all of this I want to feel better n haven't in a long time just sick of all of it.. I notice it is swallon on my left side.. I pass out for 6 or more hrs sometimes I sleep 3 to 4 hrs straight I am exhausted n I go rite in bed n I am out instantly.. I have see new gast doc today anxiety is really bad..

Why were you hitting your spleen?  What do you mean you have been passing out for 6 hours everyday?
