need to now?

i was diagnosed 2 years ago with chronic pancreatitis . from loma linda un. i got kaiser permantente. insurance. and thay diagnosed me with it. also i am curently taking meds for the pancrease and i go in for them to go down my throat to look at my pancrease and thay told me i do not have this illness. it is chronic back paine . ok ... from september to feburary. i could not eat i lost 20 lbs. now i am scared i have attacks and thay dont help me . i am confused and frightend. what should i do need to now?

Was the scope just a regular EGD? If it was, there is no way that test can say whether or not you have pancreatitis. Have you had blood tests done lately that measure your pancreatic and liver enzyme levels? If not, you need to speak with your doc about doing that. Can you go back and work with the docs at Loma Linda that originally diagnosed you? Do the docs your currently working with have all of your previous records?
