nuasea vominting post H phylori infection

I have been very ill for almost three years. I cannot lie on my right side without nausea and vomiting. I falled the gastric empty test because I vomited part of the egg salad sandwich the pain on my right ribs contorts my body I vomit with urination and have figured that one out myself. I seem to use a  muscle to intiate voiding I just vomit into a baff bucket. Sometimes It seems to be motion activated. I move and then vomit. It continues to feel like something is eating my stomach and doudeam.I'm tired of looking for a reason and have given up all hope. I had intermitten nausea and vomiting for about three months when my dr said I had cholesitits my Dr never did a HIDA scan just told me to show up monday for gallbladder removal I was having shooting pains which I call stabbing from my left ovaray and problems with voiding then the right rib pain. after surgery i could not keep anything down then the insueing pain I thought they broke my rib. they scoped me and found H pylori but was given alot of pills it took me a great deal of time with the medical community to understand that I was vomiting everything including all the pill so I was admittied to the hospital for treatment after the first night They doctors then thought the meds where causing the vomiting I had been on those meds before for different condtions so I new that was not it I was taken of meds one by  one the oral meds I threw -up. My fatique was and is overwelming as I need help with almost everything. I suggested they check my iron and found I had very little and ferritin levels extremley low  my ana was slightly elevated with a speckled anca bone deminerelation has now ocurred. If I rool to the right I get nausea and vomit. I didn't pass the gastric emtying becuause I vomited. I eat at 6 am and throw-up that 12 hours latter the breakfast. My right ribs hurt to the point I want to kill myself I can't take it. I have to cram pillows into my gut and try and sleep. All this since gallbladder removal the insueing h pylori my dr check my estrdoil and said I was menapausal I have normal periods. I have been seen by many doctors and now they blame the medication Im on. I was not on medication when this happened. When given meds I couldn't keep down the meds. I was called a bulemic by a nurse so I got off of disaability so the Doctors could see the illness for themself. I carried a coffee cup and would just be working and suddenly without warning throw-up so they stopped with the bulemia. I can't do phyical therapy because I vomit. I also have no sesantion in my hips and thighs. I give myself injections for nausea and cannot feel the needle or meds going in. So they found I have severe radiiculopathy cerival and lumbar which makes my left arm go to sleep and can't move it also and tingling plus arthritic hands in the morning due to lack of cirruclation. I wake up every hour due to this pain for some reason they go together with the rib pain and nausea and vomiting. When I got sick I was going to college and working the weekends at my hospital. I use to ride my Harley putter around my house work-out to stay fit and have always eaten small freg meals. Now my stomach feels like its dying I do'nt know how to put it better. I throw up no acids and take no PPi's but have been scoped several time with suggerstive changes to gastric lining due to h plori but those two boisy where neg. then they said changes due to ppi which i don't use as I never throw up acids. Help me. Every Doctor contritics the other It's as if I'm doing this I have worked in the healthcare field for 16 years and had respect for it but after this I have no trust in them I'll have an ekg which is abnormal but they tell me it''s normal without realising I'm recieving there notes. It's hard to choose only one , but the nausea and vomitng abd pain and my right rib pain is the most severe. I seem to read alot about galbladder removal and right rib pain I had this pain prior to surgery and nausea. Also the vomiting happens every day If I thake thc I'm able to eat but without it i start losing wieght. Research has show me that h plyori changes the PH of the stomach and for athletes as I was studuies show iron defienct anemia also occurs. I am tired of spending money on Doctors that have little information on anything. I have a good Doctor now who is at his wits end as to what is causing this. Why do so many people out there have this problem after gallbladder removal then they find h pylori do the doctors even look this stuff up. Are they afraid of lidagation when we all simply want are lives back. what complications arise without a gallbladder I havve no diarrhea only costipation. When I take duculax first I get very ill and throw up until it passes into the large intestine then passing the stool is nothing but pain and fever. I cannot take care of myself due to extreme fatique, My lymph nodes under my throat and groin area swell also so I'm not straight forward with what is worse. I'm tired,but feel there are enough of us for a real study to be put in place.

My hypothesis: You maybe have a problem with biliary duct, what causes pain under the right rib. The same biliary duct problem may cause bile reflux from duodenum into the stomach, what causes nausea and vomiting.
