omeprazole

Should this be taken every day at the same time or 1/2 hour before a meal?  I get up and have 2 or 3 cups of tea with sugar, should wait a 1/2 after taking the medicine before drinking the tea?

How you take your medicine is a matter of personal preference, PPIs are generally most effective when taken 1/2hr before the day's first meal (or drinks), however.
