A Little worried

Hey guys I need help here I am a 27 yo male here and I dont know whats going on. Since about mid March I have been having anal itching off and on, but it has never gone away fully. I told my doctor he gave me a proctological exam he didnt find anything said its prob hemorrhoids. Well just this week I have been experiancing some anal pain mostly when sitting down, off an on there would be blood on my tissue when I go to the bathroom but not that much. Has only happened 2 times that I remember. Just this week as the pain has started, I have been having very little bowels, and not alot is coming out. It will be like just two stools and that's it very small. The very little amount of stool has me kind of worried I know im 27, but what could this be? I am going to schedule a new apointment to see my doctor but any ideas? The pain is kind of annoying to. Hemorrhoids, IBC, COlitis Chrones, any Ideas out there? Any feedback is good!

You can feel internal hemorrhoids, through the aching when you sit.   Prep H will shrink internal hemorrhoids, but it doesn't help the itch even though it says it will.  Cortizone 10 cream is best for the itching and irritation. Try the Prep H with the extension to insert the cream into your rectum, then put the Cortizone 10 cream on the anus. Internal hemorrhoids can make passing stool difficult and then it irritates them, a vicious circle.  Give this a couple of weeks and if you get no improvement in the pain, I would see a gastro doc. The itch will stop immediately. Because of your age, I don't feel it's anything serious. I think once you get on the Cortizone cream, you will feel better.  So long as you have itching, you have irritation, and these two alone are miserable. A stool softener for a couple of weeks would give the internal hemorrhoids a chance to shrink, and also avoid straining when having a BM.  The Cortizone 10 cream is in a small tube which you can keep in your pant pocket to use throughout the day, and you won't even know it's there, as you don't need much.  You should only need this for about a week.

Ok I think it is too, but they are not external because I can not find anything external. They have to be internal, like I went to the bathroom this morning and there was more stool than yesterday, still kind of flat though. Its just weird because after I woke up this morning and it didn't hurt really its just when I get in my car and sit down all day. Can you feel internal hemorrhoids or no? Its just weird a week ago it wasn't hurting as bad, but now it is. Its not to the point where I cant sit down, but its more of like you can tell the pain is there. BTW I have tried preparation H before in the past has not worked. Ot it may provide relief but the itch still says.

yes it could be hemroid or ibs. a docter can check that. another thing it could be is pin worms.  you can only check at knight. you have to leave the light off and shine a flash light real quick. they come out when dark but when you shine the light they will crawl away.you need to lat down for at least 30 min before you check.  it will cause terrible itchings, they are white and look like tiny worms

Itching usually results from hemorrhoids, as well as bright red blood when wiping, and pain.  The pain is what makes some have them removed.  But they are benign in nature.  Cortizone cream will take care of this immediately.  Add some fiber to your diet and try a stool softener, or eat Activia.  If this doesn't help see a Gastroenterologist for quick results and no guessing.  I think you will be fine.  You obviously have done some straining to develop the hemmorrhoids and once you are no longer starining they will shrink up.  Hope this helps, and take care.
