really really bad earache

hi im an 18 year old male whos in good health but latly ive been noticing a pain in both ears which is really weird because it only comes on when i eat hot food and im really concered, dont earaches hurt all the time? or can it just hurt when u eat.

Plus ive noticed when i eat food i get a weird feeling in my neck could this be my lymph nodes or could it be oral cancer it also burns down my throat when i swallow foods im just worried that maybe this pain in my ear is ear cancer or ear tumor. PLEASE REPLIE

Kiddo, you need to go see your family physician and possibly be referred to an ear, nose and throat doctor.  Your ears are not supposed to hurt when you eat.  You can't be diagnosed without being seen.  Make an appointment with your doctor!!

Well I could say i have the same thing but im 14. it all started with a pain in the throat than progressed to my ear i dont have a fever or anything but i am worried. Today i woke up with a weird feeling in my ear. If you know how it feels to hold Ur nostrils tight and try to blow your ears have that weird feeling. almost like something is in it. But my left hear is like that but with throbbing pain -_0. Doctor doctor brinng me the news plz.
