Hi mls0001 - It could be a fattyXanthoma liver diagnosis...even though drs say that fattyXanthoma liver doesn't present symptoms unless you have NASH which is a version of fattyXanthoma liver where your liver is actually inflammed. I was diagnosed with simple fattyXanthoma liver without inflammation but I do feel some discomforts. My thinking is this, even though the drs say that a simple fatty liver doesn't cause discomforts, if my liver isn't functioning properly, it will tell me...hence the discomforts.
