severe pain in my right side help

i am having severe pain in my right side of stomache above hip bone

I have a brother who almost died as he has appendicitis and the appendix ruptured and inflamed the cavity,so go see a doctor rightawy.

I had same thing for weeks and it was appendix! also found 5cm ovarian cyst on right ovary too,it could be either,get some medical attention!
