stomach issues

i am a 33 yr old male that lifts weights 4-5 times a week.  i have ibs, high blood pressure, and high anxiety/hypochondriasm.  i have had a dull crampy/full feeling in my upper right abdomen right below my ribcage next to my diaphragm, but sometimes feels like it is in the center or left under ribs.  but mostly right.  my dad had to have his gall bladder out at 50.  i read  it could be that.  my aunt who is an RN says it is nothing, but it is freaking me out.  i feel that it affects my appetite, but it could be my anxiety/hypochondriacness. i have not lost any weight in the past 2 weeks.  should i be freaking out?

Sounds like a stomach bug... I had one about the same time.

i have now had diarhea for a day and a half, but 3 of my 4 kids and my mom have had it.  Am i dying or what?
