stomach pains from kidney beans

3 days ago i had lots of kidney beans for dinner and i wake up early every morning since with stomach pains. I also get these pains through out the day, mainly when i am hungry or have just eaten.It is strange because the pain is still in my stomach and hasnt moved down to my intestines. What can i do to stop these pains?

Were they canned or dried? If they were dried and prepared without presoaking they can really upset your stomach. You could try some beano to see if that helps (Beano helps to actually digest the beans).

hi, you can try over the counter ant-acid medication, if the pain continues after a couple of days then see your gp just to rule out food poisioning and possible digestive infection.
