I would give the suggestions I recommended more time than that. Give it a couple weeks and see if it helps. If is still isn't helping I would recommend seeing a doctor.
ok well i tryed what you said about increasing the fiber and other items and yesterday my stool was back to the normal color but today as i came out of lunch my stomach was feeling upset and after my normal jog around the block i used the restroom and it happened again but this time i saw the corn and i eat at lunch in my stool and it dident come out solid.. do you think im having digestive problems.. i feel as if im not able to digest my food well
The color of your stool is not worrysome, but if it is not your normal then that indicates that something has changed. I would say that if it continues or if you start experiencing pain, then I would see a doctor. Sometimes our bodies just change for no apparent reason and at 17 this is common. I could suggest a bunch of things to try or tests to have a doctor do but I don't know if it will help.
If you wanted to try some things you could try dietary changes. These include increasing your fiber intake, increasing how much fruits and vegetables you eat, increasing how much water you drink, decreasing your consumption of artificial things, and decreasing your fat consumption. You could also try eliminating all lactose (milk, butter, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, etc.).
the color that its been is like light brownish and its not solid its kind of soft not the regular lookin stool.. not really causing no pain but the noises are bad sometimes.. well constipation not really i seem to pass my bowel well some times but i could say that from time to time i have a hard time releasing my stool... i dont get no cramps, fever, or nothing else thats why its hard for me to link the symptoms to anything... im just very confused of whats going on right now
Welcome to the gastroenterology community! First, what is the color of your stool now? DIfferent stool colors can indicate different things. If your stomach is just making a lot of noise, but not causing you any pain or discomfort then I wouldn't worry about it. I wouldn't recommend taking any laxatives like milk of magnesia without consulting your doctor. Are you having any constipation?
