im very worried because my symptoms have got no better an my doctor seems to think that i havent got cancer ,also i went for a smear and they saw a cyst on my cervix is this normal

i feel no better today and feel really drained ,i have a small headache every day feel nausea and it feels a little swollen in my lower back and maybe abit further up i lost a little weight since last year how are you ,i just hope we can get our problems sorted out because its really starting to get me down hope to talk to you soon bye
