You're asking a question that could have a number of different answers. If the cramping is due to a truly pathological issue such as clotting or any form of an ischemic issue, then yes it could be a problem. But 'regular' stomach cramps can come from a variety of issues some of which are very common and non-threatening.
If you feel you're suffering from anything that could leady to compromise of the blood supply to the intestines, call your doctor or go to the ER.
Thnx for ur response. The situation is like that I feel cramping in stomach and after that the motion are fullystopped and I feel as if the intestines are dead. After that i feel lythargic, my weight starts alling atonce , I feel weak, and if this contiues for a week I lose weight and becoe lean and thin within a week(symptoms of malnutrition(malabsorbtion)).
I have consulted doctors . they have done endocopy. They have declared it IBS but m very disstaisfied with them as they are not trying to think about it deeply and havn't conducted any other tests. Thats why m tryin to figure it out myself with observation. Any furthur suggestions are welcome. thnx
