worried

i did a liver function test thursday and it came back everything normal except my alt  it was 73 normal was 9 to 60. i was taking cipro antibotic for prostate but been off of them for about week and half.i do have a fatty liver maybe nash. my alt was normal about 2 month ago. im having nausea, right side pain, headache, and my eyes been red and hurting. is this something to worry about or do you think the meds is rising it? i was on ibuprofen

Dr.s have been know to 'over-use' antibiotics which strip both good and bad bacteria from your system....Probiotics put good bacteria which are in your body to fight other diseases.  Start researching alternative health for your symptoms/health!

is this something to worry about and do you think its the antibotic doing this sense they were normal 2 months ago? its 13 point outside the range is that high
