yeast in feces

l'm an expat living in Indonesia.
Apparently l ate something wrong , got diarrea and went to docter.
test found yeast in my feces.

after one month of various treatments with diflucan , gaster , mazuku , yeast still always present in feces.
the docter here has no idea what to try next.
l lost 5 kg in that period.

my stomach feels unpleasently full , with  continuous farthing and blurping.
no diarrea now.
no appetite and low energy level.

what to do know ?
is there any danger when yeast stays long in intestines ?
thanks for your advice.

You may want consider 'supplementing' back with some decent yeast strains and bacteria to try to balance things out. I don't know what's available in your area of the world, but if you were in the U.S. I'd suggest FloraStor and Culturelle. Check out the products on the web for ingredients and try matching to what might be available there.
