14 month old with raised red splotches
My 14 month old woke up with what looked like huge welts on her legs. They started around her knees and went up to towards her butt. I gave her bath and they seemed to get better but they continued to spread. She did have a low fever of a 101 that lasted two days. They don't seem to bother her. I thought that maybe it might be Roseola, but the rashes are usually on the neck and chest and she doesn't have any there. Could it be anthing else?
