My perineum is swollen?

I've had constipation problems since I was an infant, and I started to feel a bump around my anal/perineum area when I was around 14. At that time the bump would go away, but then come back every time I'd #2. For the past 2-3 years, there's been a permanent bump on my perineum, and I'm not sure if it's due to years of prior constipation, or if my perineum is irritated due to the fact that I wipe excessively. I don't have constipation problems anymore, and I poop everyday, but the bump gives me discomfort when wiping, and just makes me feel anxious in general. It doesnt hurt, or bleed, or ooze anything, it's just there. It's literally the same color as my skin, and basically just looks like excess skin on top of my perineum/anus. My question is, will this go away if I start using wet wipes? Is the bump there because I've irritated the perineum/anus while wiping, or is it there due to having constipation since childhood? I can't tell if it's serious or not, and was wondering if anyone has the same problem. It doesn't hurt, or itch at all, it's just annoying.
