Halo around lights

I have been seeing halo around lights for about 2 years.

It initially come and go but now it's permanent.

It is worse in my right eye as compared to my left eye and they appear be it with or without my glasses.

These halo are light circle of lights around a light. For instance, when I look at the orange light, I see a circle of orange haze of lights around it.

Is this normal? I've got my eyes checked for cataracts and they came back negative.
