Internal Bleeding?

Hello,
Friday night I went drinking with friends, and I got a bit carried away. I passed out briefly, and after sitting down for a little while, I ended up walking home (about 3 miles). Yesterday (Saturday) I was very hungover. I puked some and it was difficult to eat. Today I feel significantly better, but I noticed a spot on my abdomen, and I just want to make sure it's nothing problematic. I am attaching a picture. It looks like a scrape (I know that on my walk home Friday night, I climbed down a concrete wall at one point so it could have occurred then if it is a scrape). I've started worrying, though, that it could be something serious like internal bleeding. I'm not in any serious pain, though I do have some abdominal discomfort, which I would classify as mild. I think that's probably normal after the night of drinking and after puking multiple times yesterday. I would appreciate any advice.

I don't think so. It has some sensitivity to pressure in a couple spots, though.

Hi! Your image is consistent with an abrasion.  Is your abdomen hard or swelling?
