hiv scared again!

Hello!
new to this so bare with me! any who, i was curious as to why some doctors say 12 weeks is conclusive for an HIV test and than others tell you 6 months? i have had one at 2 weeks and 10 weeks..( since leaving bf). post any exposure! test was called : hiv screen 4th generation wrfx. came out negative! i was ready to move on after the crazyness but reading doctors says 6 months has really caused me some anxiety. My risk was high risk. My EX cheated on me and unfortunately gave me and sti ( how i found out he was cheating) now im not sure how many women he slept with but i know it was at least a couple.... and he was not using condoms with them or myself....

so what are my chances of me turning pos after my 12 week test? can i be confident that ill be truly neg? i dont have an immune prob, nor have i been treated for hep c or cancer!

-- also do i need to test out longer due to sti? i have been treated!

please help! thanks
