Walking is the best exercise for your knees/legs at this time. After you get into a good routine, then try other exercises. You might try just a walk around the block to start with... then build on it. I suggest starting slow because it isn't necessary to hurt yourself to get in shape.
Thanks everyone for replying.I really appreciate your help.Apparently there is no inflammation or swelling.Mybe the bad thing is setting in.I dont do exercise. Will exercise of knees help or agravate?
Avoiding nightshades helps Arthritis. Tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, eggplant and peppers. These foods cause inflammation and aggravate Arthritis. I take Essiac for my arthritis pain and it helps wonderfully. Available at health food stores. Some people take MSM and SAMe and condroitin... I prefer Essiac.
My son goes thru this a lot in the winter with Arthritis.. Different weather change's act's it up...But I believe it's just our age,,I'm 37 and my back is doing the same thing...And never had back problems..
Do you work out, jump on a trampoline as many people who go to Gyms and work out do have knee problems, may some early arthritis. I would have it checked out .
