You feel plastic in your throat?  Like it didn't go down and is attached?  You know, that happened to my young baby who had started crawling and we were visiting my sister who had elementary kids who drank juice boxes.  They had wrappers from those straws and my baby got a hold of one and I didn't know it.  He started crying and literally cried all night.  I took him to the ER because I couldn't figure out what was wrong. While there, he was crying while we waited for the doctor and I could see down his throat with the good lighting at the hospital and there that wrapper was and I pulled it out.  You may need to go to the ER.  I hate to say that.  But if it is sitting there---  irritating your throat, it needs out.  If you swallowed it and it went all the way through, I think you'd poop it out.  But honestly, after my baby's experience, I think it is worth a all to your doctor for instructions.  good luck
