hi i have a hard bloated tummy all the time it looks like im pregnant but im not.its so uncomfortable.
I would advise that you see your doctor for a diagnosis.
As your tummy is bloated and feels hard and uncomfortable this could be related to womb problems, bowel or gastric problems.
You do not say if you are constipated.
May sure you drink plenty of water and have a healthy diet with fresh fruit and veg.
