I have this problem too. Poor circulation.
Try massaging problem areas for 10 minutes everyday. Exfoliating works too. This sounds strange but take a hair brush and comb the area. Anything to get the circulation going and blood moving.
Look into circulation socks. Try wearing two pairs of socks. In beauty school, I learned that the pedicure toe separators are great for improving toe circulation. Maybe give that a try? Paint your nails while your at it :)
Feel better!

Please go to doctor and have bloodwork done. Ask them to check for Raynaud's disease. And you can look up the info also online. Best wishes. Might have something to do with circulation.
It could be any of the following! poor circulation, hypothyroidism, Raynaud’s syndrome or peripheral neuropathy. have you been seen by your doctor? I suggest seeing the doctor.
