It has not even been a month since Xmas; give it some time.  I would say 4-8 weeks.

Hi

I was on Cerezzeta for 8 months and microgynon for 7 years, when i stoped it took me 6 weeks to get a period.

If you come of it due to side effects and you dont want to concieve yet, i would reccomend a book called 'natual fertility' by francessca Neish. It gives great advice for natural contraception.

If you do want to concieve then its still best to have 6 months of natural periods before you fall pregant, this ensures health womb linning for the baby ect.

All the best,

if you've been taking the same kind of birth control for a longer period of time, sometimes you won't bleed for a month.  Depending on how old you are, your hormones might be skyrocketed and no withdrawal bleeding will occur when this happens.  Also, stressing out about it or being stressed in general can cause you to have light to literally no period.  I was on Loestrin for 1 1/2 years and I didn't get a period for 3 months one time.

Just to make sure though, try taking a pregnancy test.  You always want to explore all options.

Hope I could help!

Depending how long you were on the pill and where you are in your cycle, it could be normal.

I'd give it another week to two weeks. If you STILL haven't gotten it, check with your doctor. It's normal to be completely erratic after coming off of the pill, but super delays are cause for concern - especially if there is a possibility you are pregnant

Good luck!

hi! that had happened to me before.  My doctor said its normal because of the hormonal changes.  It took me a year to have a normal period.  I have friends that took them just few months. So dont worry, it must be normal.
