anxiety and stress

Hi to all,
I have been strugling with anxiety with regards to HIV and STD due to a traumatic experience. SInce then I have been in a committed relationship with the woman I love and who I will be marrying... I dont know why I cant seem to forget the thing I have read in the net the what if? everything to me is possible touhing a handle eating foodI suddenly I am so paranoid about everything so guilty I dont ant to hurt my wife... I tested may be more than 50 times for hiv all stds went through a ct-scan a year ago.. I tend to wash my hands all the time and information in the internet just makes me even more scared I dont know what a risk not a risk when to test I want to live a normal life just like before...
I know basic rule wear a condom! Dont do anything that will expose me to risks but I really dont know what is and not everything to me is.......

Recently I went out with some friends met up with an escort didnt do anything no sex no oral no kissing but when we were talking she accidentaly hit my mouth when she waived her hand. I felt her finger on my tooth. I checked my mouth and saw a small wound or cut on my lip it wasnt bleeding but when I touched it with my handkerchief there was a small blood spot.. I am now thinking what if her finger gut cut and bled..... she didnt seem to complain i didnt see any blood  Now Im so worried getting over this incedent

Your concern is completely unfounded and is based on misinformation, urban legends, and paranoia. You do not have an HIV concern.

Reading the net is a total waste of time given the rubbish information put into it above HIV, mainly exaggerating the HIV risk, so I suggest you stop looking for symptoms and all things about HIV and move on with your life, unless what you're looking is a HIV false positive result to confirm (falsely) that you have HIV.

In fact, most if not all worries we're handling are due to reading of outdated and/or inappropriate information about HIV available on the net.

Please move on with your life and if you want to remain stress-free, again, stop reading the resources on the net and refrain from risky activities, which are sharing drug works and committing unprotected sex with a non-committed partner.
