has corrupted me for month and a half

After about 2 years of multiple sexual encounters some not safe, most oral sex, i decided to get tested and entered a high anxiety state. I tested Hiv- after 4 1/2 months after my last unsafe encounter. I went back to life doubting my tests results as too good to be true as i had assumed i must have HIV with that reckless behavior. I started to read a lot of information on the internet about the 6 month window period and became very afraid that the Stds i most certainly have, the lithium im taking, as well as time made the antibodies undetectable so i began to not trust my test results.

Last week I got a cough and thought to myself "well at least i dont have swollen lymph nodes". the next day, my littel cough was gone, my neck nodes, my groin nodes and my armpit nodes swelled up. my neck became sore, my muscles became very tight, loss of appetite, back of my head had a lot of presuure, my spine tingled and my lower back ached. after 2 days of this i went to get tested for hiv again (5 months 3 and a half weeks) and it came up negative again.

it wasn't long before i was doubting my test results again because the lymph node and other symptoms have not got away. I saw a doctor at urgent care who was surprised at how swollen my lymph nodes were and diagnosed me with upper respiratory infection.

can i trust my test results? all of my worries come from my symptoms and thoughts of my tests going wrong because of stds, thinking my immune system might has been suppressed so the antibodies weren't showing up/never were produced

If someone catches HIV, then their HIV test will turn positive within 3 months of exposure. Had you contracted HIV from your 'unsafe' encounter, your HIV test at 4 1/2 months would have been positive. Since your HIV test at 4 1/2 months was negative, you could not have contracted HIV. HIV tests + logic ALWAYS prevail over symptoms.

your test was RELIABLE and CONCLUSIVE...PROVING THAT YOU DONT HAVE HIV.
