hiv anxiety

how r you,
i have anxiety about hiv. hiv is in my mind always i think about hiv.if i touch to any thing i think may be blood over there and i will get hiv.so many time i ask question in hiv prevention and they told me i am safe from hiv but i do not belive them and ask question from another web sites some say to me you are safe and when some say to me i am unsafe then i get stress . but i trust on medhelp what ever they say to me it is right. if i touch to any cloth glass anything i undersatnd may be i get hiv. last time i had a sex with sex worker i wear condom but when i finish the sex i took off condom my mind say to me may be i did not wear the condom may be condom break up may be condom inside the lady oh if like this happen i will get hiv. and end of day i belive that yes i did not wear the condom and i will get hiv. so pls help me how i remove hiv from my mind i think everygirl have a hiv in this world i cant do proper sex with any girl u know if we have sex then and ur mind is not very well and thinking about hiv u cant do sex properly.may be not erection so pls tell me how can i remove this anxiety i am facing this problem from 9m year doctor told me this is o.c.d obsessive compulive disorder.pls help me what should i do.

you cant get hiv from touching things man,the virus doesent survive without a host,it just isnt present.there is not even a speck of possiblility...its nonexistent.

If you have been diagnosed with OCD then you should seek a mental health professional for treatment for it. There is no internet forum that is going to be able to help you with your OCD.
