brown blotches on top of hand

I have 2 medium size brown blotches on top of my right hand between my thum and my index finger that apppeared overnight about 2 weeks ago. they first looked redish/puple like small bruices, but they didn't hurt or itch. then they turned light brown. I have recently had unprotected sex with a person I didn't know. and I'm trying to find out could this be a sign of HIV infection? please help!!!!!
