10 years later. Risk?

It has been 10 years since I had high risk sex.. unprotected and swallowed his cum. Now that I am more health-conscious, I am worried if he was HIV+. I once had one hard painless lump in the lower back of my neck 10 years ago. Since then I have been a pretty healthy and active person, hardly get sick. I catch the flu about once a year. I did HIV test (blood test) and I am supposed to pick up the result in a few days. Can someone please tell me my chances?

The only risk you had was the unprotected vaginal sex. You can test now and your test would be conclusive.
