106 day negative result

106 days after a low/medium risk encounter I tested in a couple of places.  Both results were negative one place was a hospital and the second was confidential testing.  I've lost some weight though.  Should I still be worried about HIV infection.

Your risk was nowhere near the low category.  Insertive anal sex is incredibly risky, even if receptive is higher.  Just to clarify because I didn't want other people to read this and think that unprotected insertive anal sex is "really on the lower level."  It is lower than receptive anal, but certainly not low at all.

Anxiety can do all of that to you.  Just relax, tell yourself over and over that you don't have HIV.  Anxiety can make you feel like you don't even know yourself, so you have to make that go away before you will feel like yourself again.

You are probably right but it is hard to shake.  The doc says my labs are fine, everyting within normal ranges.  I just feel like something is wrong.  I don't recognize my own body.

Listen to yourself.  You tested at numerous places and were NEGATIVE at all places?  Should you still be worried for HIV?  No you should be worried about mental health issues.  The tests are accurate, you do not have HIV.  Stop worrying
