Hands - Genital exposure - broken skin on penis

Hi

Am really worried because of the recent experience (on 21st June) i had. I was having sex with an escort...while i did not penetrate her, i was moving my fingers around and over her vagina (meaning some vaginal fluid was on my fingers).

As i had decided not to penetrate her, i did not use a condom and decided to masturbate using the same fingers and hand. I didn't realise what i was doing and did this.
Now a part of the skin on the base of my penis had a rash some months ago and hence the skin over that spot is not exactly the same as on the rest of the penis.

Now after one week i have some symptoms like slight pain in groin and armpits, fatigue, slight fever (99 degrees max.)

Am really scared? Could i have been infected? Could the hiv virus from the dried fluid on my fingers have gone through my penis's affected skin?

Please Help!!
I

thanks for the reply James.

So what u are saying is that the hiv virus wouldn't have survived on my fingers/ hand and hence when i started masturbating a few seconds later, it was already ineffective ?

what worries me are my symptoms...i've never had swollen lymph glands  before
