15 week negative with Elisa can i trust it?

Hi everyone. My question is this I had unprotected sex with a male over 3.5 months ago. I tested negative at 15 weeks by Eliza test. But my only concern is my ars symptoms started around week 5 and pretty much most of them are still continuing. I have read online about people testing positive later then 3 months. I even read some cases about people who dont even produce antibodies to hiv. Ive lost my sense of taste and smell almost completely and I have heard that happening with some women who later tested positive please help. I really want to move on but I have not been the same at all physically since all this phenomenon started. By the way I am not an iv drug user or on chemo, not sure if i have any cancer anywhere cuz who really knows? Could I trust my 15 week negative result?
