2 months, SCARED STRAIGHT

Hello,
I will get straight to the point. I met a guy (I'm a female) this past March, we was getting to know each other and we had two sexual encounters. First sexual encounter was protected! The second sexual encounter (March 30th) it was protected, very much so! After we got finished, about 15 to 20 minutes later the kissing and touching started. The "heat of the moment" (stupid decision) came and I got on top. He first was rubbing his unprotected penis on my vagina, I started to go down ONLY on the head of the penis (the whole penis did NOT go in) and when I realized it was NOT protected I quickly got off! I only stayed on the head for like 5 seconds before realizing he did not have a condom on. I laid down, he got on top and tried to put it in. I stopped him every time, he didn't even get a chance to put the head in as many times I stopped him! More of rubbing than anything. Oh I forgot to mention there was NO PENETRATION while I was on top for like 5 seconds! After this encounter, I did get tested for STD's, came back negative! Needless to say I am not talking to this guy anymore! I had no symptoms since this encounter, pelvic pains but I'm assuming that's from menstrual. Also I had body aches, but nothing too serious to where I can not move. No flu like symptoms at all! No ARS symptoms at all, however I know that people can't still get infected without symptoms. By this, did I get exposed?? Did I get infected?? I have been diagnosed with anxiety in April, and I am terrified!! Please please please respond to my email ASAP because my anxiety has taken over my life over this!! Thank you so much!!!

Well once again, if there was no penetration, there was no risk.

If there was no penetration, there was no risk.

If there was penetration, you had a risk.

When you were tested for HIV, what test was it with and how long after this episode did you take the test.
