Relative low risk ,how accurate is this test

Hi dr and everyone else helping the people with doubts like me well 10 weeks ago i had unprtected oral with a woman with unknown status(gave and recieved)(im a guy) ,"dipping" for like 15 secd that without condom ...well all my doubts began with a minor sore throat 5 days after the risk 2 weeks after risk i notice a cm lymph node in my neck and a week later i had an oral aphtae that went away in 5 days.at the end of week n4 after risk i got 2 more nodes about a cm and in the 7-8th week 2 more nodes .5 cm . Im at the 10th week after risk and the lymph nodes have decreased their size in a few mm plus i had a combo hiv test 4th g in the 6 week and 1 day after the risk,is this test reassuring?? Do i need to test again??? Am i likely to change of status?? If the sore throat aphtae and the initial nodes i had were hiv related wouldnt the test  had show it at the 6 week test?? Im sorry about my english and thank you very much for the help

Basically what i want to know if its real or remote the chances of my negative 4th gen rapid test change despite the symptoms oh and the lymph nodes popped at 2nd week (theyve been around for 8weeks)they have decreased in size in over 8 weeks but sre still palpable

What do you want? You know when you test, you decided to "dip" so it is a risk. Oh and symptoms don't happen at 8 weeks.

I know the risk is low but searching i found out that one guy got it from dipping in aids med forums,lots of factor must be present but still its possible thats why i want my doubts about the test the realiability of it and tje duo , if its possible to have low ag and ab to neither of them show in the rapid test at one point ,omg pls help me with the answers i had cuz eventho the symptoms are not used to diagnoz it some symptoms are common ,not everyone that has symptoms has hiv but most of people with hiv has em ....im sry about my insistence you gotta understand me cuz im dying over here due this 8week lymph nodes of a cm pls pls help

Your risk is too low to measure- don't waste your life worrying over it.

So that test is meaningless ...i was affraid of that ...oh god this whole symptoms are somewhat confirmatory and that is terrifying thx for the answers i guess im done

A test at 3 months will be conclusive.

Ty but i besides oral i put my glans inside her for likr 15 secs no condom so i may have contact with the vaginal fluids .what can you tell me about my questions ,about tests i had and the odds of it to change plus the other q 's ty

Read into what the experts say about oral sex. They all say no HIV risk.
