3rd gen Elisa

hello there,
i asked before about the conclusive test period and i got an answer that 12 weeks is very conclusive and no extra tests needed,
the question now, is this answer applicable for DUE test and normal antibody test? or the normal Elisa antibody test has another conclusive period?
for me i did normal antibody test (3rd gen elisa) after 12 weeks and i will  marry after 1 week, i feel very sad and just need ur final answer, can i marry without any fears and ignore all the symptoms i have? or i must wait for some time and retest? please advice
