In theory we could be hit by a asteroid tomorrow, but we know it's not going to happen. In theory anything can happen, but it doesn't.

You had no risk.

But  in theoretical there is  some what chance of infection so i want to know more knowledge how infection doesn't occur even if the fluid were present inside the condom..to my concern the fluid we're inside and the virus ur intact inside the condom which the virus we're no longer exposed to air hence its like having a sex without condom since it come in contact with my foreskin and the penis hole..please elaborate me with ur knowledge ..

If you are concerned, you can take a test now for a conclusive result.  You cannot base your symptoms towards HIV.  Symptoms or lack thereof do not mean anything. The only way to know if you are infected or not is to test.
