Please help - risk assessment!

I'm a 39 year old, married male.  I've been married to my wife for approx. 6 years and have been faithful and tested negative for HIV in July, 2007.  Last month (early October) I visited Chicago for a business trip and while I was there I sowed some oats.  Specifically, I preformed oral sex on a female sex worker (and then had safe, penetrative sex with a condom.)  I then met up on two seperate occassions with men who I met on Craigslist for some oral.  I did not allow the men to cum in my mouth, only in my *** with a condom on, so I was only exposed to their pre-cum in my mouth.

Those three encounters occurred in the span of three days, and it's been a month and I've been worrying myself sick that I've just ruined my life because of my craving for lust.  I've been told that oral has a pretty low risk for contraction but I just can't seem to stop worrying.  I called my local clinic about getting a rapid test (finger prick blood) and they said I should wait until at least 2 months.  I don't know if I can keep my sanity for another month.  Please help - thanks.
