7 weeks "3th generation" test,only cunnilingus

i have 2 questions

1.pleas tell me the truth ,after the 7 weeks negative 3th generation anti-body test,do i need a further test ?

2.can you please give me some explanation or detail about why cunnilingus is not a risk?
