7 weeks negative DUO (ab/ag) test after PEP. good sign?

Hi all,
I had just started getting over my HIV anxiety as a crazy worried well with non exposures.... when I actually finally had a real one. Condom failure with a partner who then failed to notify me of it until it was too late, and then kicked me out when I started to ask questions (perhaps I was a little intense but it was a bit traumatizing to be honest)

I was put on PEP 15 hours afterwards, and completed the full 28 days of Kaletra and Truvada. At 7 weeks after completing PEP, I took a negative antibody oral swab test, as well as having blood drawn for the 4th generation duo test (also negative)

I know 3 months is conclusive, I am hoping that my 7 week negative DUO after PEP completion is a good indication of what is to come at 3 months. Is it safe to calm down?

Thank you

Thank you for your comments. I know the window period is 3 months after PEP, but I was also wondering why the doctors are much less likely to mention the accuracy of tests before the 3 month period with PEP than they are in normal instances. If the 3 month window isnt pushed back for PEP, would the 95% accuracy by 6-8 weeks for normal antibody tests still stand? Thank you

Any negative test is a good sign.  Since you took PEP, you can collect your conclusive result 90 days after finishing PEP.
It is always safe to calm dawn, especially when you have no positive results. Worrying accomplishes nothing.

Perhaps like many people you can't relax, but you are powerless to affect the test and more information or statistics are going to be irrelevant because the issue is purely about your partner and not the world, so try to forget about it, as much as possible.
