8 week negative but symptoms scared me

Hello, I had a protected sex on 11th may 2016 it was deep vaginal sex don't know condom was slipped or not but during condom removal from my penis some part of it touched my penis open head.

After that i was to anxious about hiv infection. After several days anxiety & extreme headache i decided to do an antibody test on 7th April 2016 (after 28 days of expo) came back negative..

After this i had sex with my wife.. she also told me she had headache next day.
She also told me about body aches after 1 month of our relation. I checked and she also had a white tongue.

Inspite of negative tests headache didn't go & felt few more symptom that was fungal infection in mouth, extreme red eyes, felt some chemical imbalance or process in my body, brain fog kind situation . Then i visited a GP over here after 35 days of exposure he again advised me hiv 1/2 antibody, vdrl, syphilis etc tests also came back negative.

After 42 days i visited a infectious specialist doctors he suggested me p24 ab / ag elisa test came back negative.
Reading are, ag = 0.01 (>=0.25 needed), ab = 0.05 (>=0.25 needed). Doctor said you don't have hiv & ref. a physician for my symptoms.. physician also told me your symptoms are phycological you should visit phycologist but i didn't visit because i know it is not phycological those are real.
Apart from Above symptoms i felt.
Lymph node swallowed in my neck ( still there sometime it is in size of kidney bean some time small at both side of neck)
I have two bumps in my mouth upper side
Also faced mouth ulcers 3-4 times
White coated tongue (still there)
Some time feeling difficulties in throat
Also lose 3 kg of my weight
Some time i felt extreme tiredness
For 4-5 days i suffered from skin rashes (red bumps with itching)

After 8 week i went for western blot test came back negative but symptoms still persists.

I need your help for my this condition.
My questions are,
1) Am i infected ?
2) Did i passed it to my wife?
3) Are the symptoms related to ARS ?
4) Are my tests conclusive ?

Please guide me.

Thanks in advance.

You had NO RISK for HIV.  Whatever symptoms you are having are not related to HIV.  Please see your doctor to find out what's causing your symptoms, but it is not HIV.

You can get HIV from:
1) having unprotected sex (anal or vaginal) or
2) sharing IV drug needles.

That's it.  Anything else you can think of is not a risk.

You didn't have a risk in the first place and didn't need to test. You cannot infect your wife with something that you don't have.. Be well..

No I do not think you were infected just from the fact that you used a condom. Two, the tests came back negative and the tests you took are reliable. Don't worry too much. I too have had anxiety from HIV cause symptoms, it's mainly in your head. You will be okay, you weren't put at risk.
