RISKY

Hello my predicament:
I slept with guy that's from Latvia but brought up in a Russian lifestyle, he says. Anyway I had sex with him 3weeks ago and we had protected sex twice. I am concerned because when I went to the clinic this morning the nurse said Russia is a high risk country in-regards to HIV. And in addition to this he told me he had unprotected sex with a girl he knew 4 months ago. He also told me he regularly gets tested and had one like 6months ago. I am really concerned so the nurse asked me to come back for a instant test in 3weeks time. I am mortified because after we had sex I got quite sick, shaky, felt really low, sneezing and feeling unwell. After that I got a cold, just coming out it now. What are the chances I have HIV? It be a coincidence that I got sick and shaky/sneezing after days of having slept together right? I do also have a demand job were I work outside in the cold all day, and on the day we had sex we went out clubbing and I was out in the cold with barely enough clothes for the weather. Please help

You had protected sex. NO RISK.

Physical symptoms either cold/flu or anxiety.
