A breakthrough in HIV medicine, is it true?

Dear Doctor/s, I have read an article posted in http://www.hindu.com/seta/2010/10/21/stories/2010102150161500.htm stating that a group of ISRAELI doctors have FOUND medicine for HIV. It seems they have tested and found it working. Is this breakthrough news true? Or could you please provide us some update on the HIV medicine inventions going on(more than 20 years..)..Thanks
