Risk of HIV

Dear Dr.

I accidentally posted my question to the non doctor forum.  While I appreciate the feedback I received, I would like to obtain your opinion if possible.

I am a male and had an experience with another male last week.  This was a terrible first and last time mistake for which I am agonizing over.

First, there was mutual unprotected Oral sex.  At one point, the oral insertion was fairly deep, (making me gag and dry hack).  However, there was no ejaculation during the oral.

This was followed by grinding.  During this time, there was some rubbing of his penis around the OUTSIDE of my anus a little.  It was in this position that we finished and he ejaculated but I could not find his semen anywhere.  I can only assume that some could have gotten on the outside of the anus.  I am certain that there was no penetration (as I am told that I would have known this).

Afterward, I kept gagging myself and I noticed that my throat had become scratchy and that when I spit a little blood would be in the saliva (I think it was from stressing my throught from the gaggin and hacking).  I also have an 'open' root canal tooth where the cap fell off.  The hole in the tooth goes down under the gumline.

My concerns are as follow

1) Could I have caught HIV through the unprotected Oral sex - considering the open root canal tooth and the scratchy throat?

2) Could I have caught HIV from the rubbing on the outside of the anus?  (given the fact that there was no penetration)

I am so scared and not sure how I am going to wait 3 months for a test

I really appreciate your feedback.

thank you

I am sorry for asking for additional advise, but remembered more details

this is the only place that I have found caring people that are willing to listen and give their honest opinions

If at all possible, please look at the additional details and provide feedback

thanks and god bless you all

sorry forum- do not know how to post to Doctors.  I really do appreciate all of the feedback I received last week.

As I thought more about the episode I remembered two more key pieces of information and thought I should mention them

thus the new posting

If anyone would be kind enough to respond, I am much appreciated
