ARS Meningitis

I engaged in deep mouth kissing and at the time I had the occasional bleeding gums from brushing. Over the next few days I developed stiff/sore back of the neck, stiff/sore lower back, and one of my/ eyes now has a dull/achy pain. Should I be worried about ARS meningitis?

First of all, nothing you did placed you at risk for HIV.  Secondly, HIV related meningitis isn't a concern among newly infected persons.  That's a concern in person with advanced HIV infection, usually who are close to or at the point of an AIDS diagnosis.

Kissing is not a risk for acquiring HIV, bleeding gums or no bleeding gums.
